How an Organisation called Sriramaseva mandali in Chamarajpet of Bangalore is thriving for decades because of pure love of its organisors.. contrast how an organisation like IPL meets its dreadful fate when the founders use it for sheer lust and selfish motives. Sir , very nice.corporate culture = bhoga samskrithi,, now a days no. of business houses are increasing , where as committed profesinal organisations are decreasing
