ಮಿತ್ರರೇ,
ನಾನು ೨-೩ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ವಿಜಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದೆ. ಅ ಲೇಖನ ಓದಿದ ನಂತರ ಲೇಖನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುವ ಗಂಭೀರ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆನಿಸಿತು. ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಸಿ ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತ ವಾದಿಗಳು, ಹುಸಿ ವಿಚಾರವಾದಿಗಳು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಬದಲಿಗೆ ತಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ಷುಲ್ಲಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಕ್ಯಾಂಡಲ್ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ತೋರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಚಾರ ಈ ಲೇಖನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Dear Sir,
Frankly I ignored the article when i was going thru the TOI last Sunday,assuming this is another "CELEBRITY BASHING"and endorsement of VHP's stand of Ban on the movie,"MNIK".Now i have read this article i will never assume and generalise things for my own good.....
One question arised in my mind after reading this article is even a good samaritan makes a movie about the plight of KASHMIRI PANDITS,would the I&B ministry allow the movie to be screened or would the HOME MINISTRY allow the movie based onthe reason "threat to communal peace"???.
Just remember the way TASLIMA NASREEN was shunted out of this country during the LOK SABHA elections!!!
