HUMAN RIGHTS- IS IT THE SOLE POSSESSION OF MAOISTS AND NO ONE ELSE?
This is an article in vijay karnataka.. 14th Apr. I Have tried to counter our self proclaimed pseudo-intellectualls who support Maoist-naxalites in their every act of violence and portray them as Gandhis with Guns. Are'nt our brave and hapless armymen who fight to protect us being repeatedly deprived of their human rights? My own experience of being witness to denial of basic human rights during years of emergency finds a mention too. Pls read on!

NEW CORPORATORS- NEW CORPORATION!
After a long wait, Bangalore is seeing its new elected body and 198 corporators. Alhough citizens don’t have good opinion about politicians in general and corporators in particular we have seen or heard about some really good corporators who served the city of Bangalore. Market Sanjeevappa, KM Naganna, G Narayan, TR Shamanna to name a few are personalities who readily come to our mind when we think of good corporators.
People have a grouse that they are not getting proper representatives for them. You have any suggestions, how an ideal corporator could be? How he can prove himself a tool for the development rather than becoming a stumbling block? How helpful a corporator can be when it comes to solving the civic problems of a ward in particular and the city in general? What makes a corporator with a proper vision for the city? Can you please list out your priorities in a good representative? I look forward to your suggestions.
